Been ttc for nearly a year for my 3rd baby. I needed help with my 2nd as had multiple miscarriages but this time around i just can’t seem to fall pregnant. I’ve had my first month using Letrozole and just had my scan to show 4 large follicles. My dr was quite suprised and said most people get 2 or 3. I’m obviously pleased the tablets have worked but now i’m slightly more worried about the chance of twins. Has anyone had 4 and what was your outcome please? Obviously i’d still be over the moon with twins but also preparing myself to not even get pregnant this month so just wanted to hear any stories!
