Can anyone help me with Letrozole ?

I’ve had 4 Letrozole cycles (2.5) and each time had 2 follicles. On 2 cycles no trigger. No pregnancies . Just had my fifth cycle and it hasn’t worked ? I just have had about 10 small (6-8 mm) follicles on each ovary from about day 10 onwards but a positive ovulation test on cd12????- today is cd17 and still
the same just lots of follicles ?
All other tests have been fine. Why would Letrozole stop working ?? Everyone just kept saying it didn’t look right and they are confused , now I have to wait for my period but has anyone else had anything similar happen ?

I just wanted to check in to see if you ever got to the bottom of this?
My experience is slightly different, but I was ovulating on 7.5mg and then once I went to unmonitored cycles they randomly stopped making me ovulate. Doctors had no idea why, and this cycle I have had the exact same dose, changed nothing about my lifestyle and they seem to have started working again!!!?
Bizarre and still don't have any explanation but I guess every month will be a guessing game now, just to add to the rollercoaster of TTC with fertility issues! 🤣

Unfortunately we never managed to find out what was going on and we are now waiting to start IVF, it seems Letrozole just stopped working for me 😭

Ah I'm so sorry to hear that. I totally feel your pain because we have no answers either, and it seems we are just having to go with trial and error of whether it will work each month or not.
