Testing exposure to toxins.

Hi All,

Saw some Fertility youtubers suggest doing a toxin burden test. They have specific tests they suggest for people based in America but I wonder if anyone in the UK has done one and has any recommendations?

Seems like finding out we are being exposed to some toxin causing us to have fertility issues may be useful. We wonder if anyone has had luck doing something like this?

I would be really sceptical about this as doesn't it just add additional worries to us and isn't even proven at all. Eg what medical qualifications do these YouTubers have. I know sometimes you want answers though but I'd be trying to ignore this. I think exposure to things like plastics is something that affects sperm over generations and isn't an individual thing but I'm no expert.
