Endometrial PRP

I am wondering if anyone can share experiences of having endometrial PRP for thin lining/recurrent implantation failure. We have now had 6 good quality embryos fail. I have had issues with lining in most cycles. Keen to try this so that we have tried everything we can.

The only place I can find that does it in UK is Dr Gorgy’s clinic in London?
If anyone has had this would be grateful for experiences.

I had PRP overseas as UK was expensive.

I have it for ovaries not thr Endometrial thickness. However, I did have thin Endometrium and found walking, accupuncture and vitamin E helped this
