Been ttc for a long time now

Started investigations

Hormones are perfect, my partner is fine too etc

Problem is irregular periods and never knowing when I will ovulate - I have started tracking consistently now

Had a pelvic scan today to kind of track where I am in my cycle

Endo lining thickness is 13.7mm

And I have a dominant egg measuring 17.4mm on my right ovary

Does this mean I am fairly close to being ready for ovulation? Thx

I would say you’d ovulate in next day or so. Definitely get some clear blue digital tests for ovulation and test twice daily to catch your surge

Update - got a positive ovulation test today! :)
