COQ10

Hi all

Consultant said today I need 2x 100mg of Q10 but in the form of ubiquinol which is found in liquid form. He said tablets are a no go, capsules middle ground and liquid the best. Not sure if he meant liquid capsules as he did mention something about powder capsules not being great.

any idea? I can’t find anywhere! obviously throwing everything at this next cycle due to recent total fertilisation failure!

I used the Natures Best ones which are liquid capsules. 100mg tablets.

Hi, I have been using the 2x 300mg capsules form from Amazon (picture below), this was our 3rd cycle .. got 100 % blastocysts rate to that of fertilised which was also 100%, still awaiting testing results to find out if any of these are euploid, not sure if it was the CoQ10 that made that difference this time but my cycle history so far is :

1st cycle - 11 eggs collected /11 mature / 11 fertilised /5 blast
2nd cycle - 8 eggs collected /5 mature / 5 fertilised / 3 blast
3rd cycle - 9 eggs collected / 4 mature / 4 fertilised /4 blasts

the last round was after using the coq10 for 3 months .. so whether this made a difference .. Not sure as I am older now so I thought would been a less success rate ? But just thought I would share incase it helps any.

I use this one, buy it from Amazon. Kaneka Ubiquinol is the best you can get apparently, but it's bloody expensive. I've been taking for about 18 months / 2 years and can't say it's made any difference..... but I keep taking it in hope haha! I take 2 capsules a day (600mg).
