Has anyone else found hormones have made their gums super irritated?

anything that’s helped ?

I’ve booked for emergency clean and a check up but it’s agony. Just wondering if it’s linked as I do normally get sore gums mid cycle

thanks in advance

Watch Dr Ellie Phillips. Happened to me. Now I have no issues after following her advice. Because I live in Europe, I had to substitute Cosys and Crest. I use Ultradex, Blend a Med, Listerine, ACT morning and night. After each main meal I use 2 grams of xylitol powder which I let dissolve in my mouth for 3 minutes and then spit out - do not use water to rinse. I hate the xylitol gum so this is my favourite option of using the xylitol powder. You need to remove the harmful bacteria. A clean won't help as the harmful bacteria are still in your mouth and will attach within seconds after the clean!
