Semen analysis/ sperm agglutination - chances of natural conception?

Hello,

We got the results of this semen analysis yesterday. We have a consultation with a fertility clinic tomorrow so will get an expert opinion but while I wait (and try not to panic) I wondered if anyone can shed any results on these results? In particular if anyone has had issues with agglutination (sperm clumping together) and managed to avoid going down the IVF/ICSI route. We have one naturally conceived child (took 3 years) and have been trying for a second for over 18mo. I also have low AMH at 2.6pmo/l so I know that'd be a factor in egg retrieval. Late 30s (me) and 40s respectively. We'll look into financing options for IVF if that's our only hope but I'm still not sure how we'll afford it.

Any insight gratefully received. I'm really struggling emotionally.

Thank you!
