Ovulation and Hycosy

Hi everyone. I had my Hycosy test on day 14 of my cycle as I tend to have a longer cycle ~30 days. I did not have a positive ovulation test up until that point but did not have time that morning to test. But when doing the procedure she mentioned my cervix was low. I am now worried I may have missed ovulation and I could be at risk of ectopic pregnancy. I read that the radiographer should stop the procedure if you've ovulated but mine went ahead. Any advice would be appreciated!

I had my hycosy 2 days before my period started. We just had to abstain for that cycle. I also don't think just having a low cervix means you have ovulated. Have you continue to do ovulation tests this cycle? X

Thank you, that is helpful. I have tried ovulation tests and they never seem to show anything for me through the whole cycle, which is a bit strange! The doctors told us we could try to conceive after the procedure so that is what we have done. But having now read that you should not do it if you already ovulated is worrying me!
