Ovamex Injection - please help!

Hi all,
today day 1 of ovamex (to stop ovulation). Found it very hard to get the damn thing in, so possibly traumatised skin but it’s sore and come out in small rash around it. Is this normal? Hasn’t happened with my ovaleap. Health anxiety is near enough causing a panic attack over here 😭

Mine always gave me a raised rash reaction for a few hours after (as well as stinging), the clinic said it was normal. It worked fine both times for my egg collections 😊

I hated the Ovamax, much more painful and difficult than the Ovaleap. I didn’t get rashes but I got really bad bruises. Try gel ice packs (amazon) to numb the skin first, I found 3 minutes of holding the ice pack on the skin first made it just about bearable and easier to get the needle in as it wasn’t so painful.
