Any hope? 2 eggs fertilised

I had my egg collection yesterday - this is our first round of IVF with ICSI and they retrieved 9 eggs, but I have just had the phone call from the embryologist who let us know 6 eggs were mature and only 2 have fertilised which has completely thrown me as I'm so worried they won't make it to day 3, does anyone have any positive experiences to share please? Thank you in advance xx

First round I had 4 eggs collected, 2 fertilise normally and 1 made it to day 5 blast. So definitely possible!

It's such a nerve wracking time but just take each day as it comes and try to be kind to yourself. Good Luck! X

It really is a nerve wracking time isn't it, I have felt quite positive up until this point, now I can't even think straight! The clinic have booked me in for a day 3 transfer on Tuesday so hopefully at least one will make it to this stage 🤞🏼 x
