Hi all

Just after a hand - hold / listening ear

Had a really poop couple of years

Last year -
Lost a very close relative
Had a heart breaking early miscarriage
Had 2 maybe cancer scares and 2x colonoscopies and 2 mris and a ct scan
IBS diagnosed

This year..
Another colonoscopy
Pcos formally diagnosed
Another mri

Then - private hyfosy - blocked tubes apparently
( they were not both fully blocked last yr )

... gunna be doing IVF..

Just been through a lot..
And have a bunch of health conditions and im now speedily approaching 38..
My amh is good but yeah

@worldwidetravel2017 Sorry to hear you're having such a difficult time. Going through a loss, miscarriage, and dealing with health issues in the same year must have been tough. Do you have an idea on when you're starting IVF? We're here to listen - sending hugs your way! x

My friends and Colleagues either have children already or arent trying atm / diff stages of life or dont want them etc.

Ive had one counselling session with my clinic - another couple to follow once started ivf

I agree that it's a very lonely journey, there's few people who know what it feels like and that makes it harder. This forum is great though, talking to ppl here has helped me in the last couple of months. I hope counselling helps and you can take a bit of time out at the end of the year and pamper yourself before you start IVF! My clinic has group sessions for those undergoing IVF, we haven't tried it yet but thinking about it now...
