5 day embryo indicates may be twins

Hi everyone 🙂

We are told one of our frozen 5 day embryos had two inner cell masses rather than one, and they suspect may split into twins. We were told it was graded as good quality.

I didn’t think they could identify twins that early in development - has anyone had experience of this?

I am worried of implantation maybe being lower and more risk or complications - but obviously delighted with the prospect of twins of this was our miracle embryo!

Hi @Cara2019 , that sounds exciting potentially! Alot to think of such as your age and potential complications in pregnancy. Do you have other embryos graded as good?
