Second euploid embryo transfer failed - what next?

Hi,

We've just had our second cycle fail. Both cycles were frozen transfers using PGT-A tested embryos. Both graded 4AB

All went to plan during the last cycle - my lining was great as were my hormone levels.

I've done ERA, Alice, Emma. I had an endometrial scratch. I've taken aspirin, clexane and did PRP. My thyroid levels were great. I have an autoimmune condition and take immunosuppressants therefore I followed 'low activation' profile.

We know it can work as fortunately our daughter was born from the same egg collection.

Has anyone had experience on euploid transfers not working? Is there anything we have missed? We will be meeting with our consultant next week so I can bring up any suggestions.

Thanks so much

Would you try an ivig infusion? I have heard of them being used when people have autoimmune issues. So sorry it did not work this time.

@Eimz86mk Thanks for the great suggestion. It's not something I have researched. I will speak to my consultant about it.

I would also add in predisalone steroids.
