DNA frag + Growth hormone

We are planning in using Growth hormone starting in pre treatment cycle and then ICSI. My husband tested recently and has a 31% DNA frag after has done an embolization and be on a 3-4 month diet and taking Impryl. I am 41 year old but have an AMH of 10. I am just putting this out there to understand if there are any successful stories with DNA frag of 31%

I’ll be interested to know also and hope you get responses from others who had related experiences. Will this be your first cycle? Is his sperm analysis normal?
My DH is waiting to see a urologist and potentially will have varicocele embllisation too. How long after embolisation did you wait to go on an IVF cycle? My AMH is low, DH’s dna frag is 32% so we’re a double whammy!
