Post laparoscopy

Recently had a laparoscopy removing early stage endo. anyone have positive stories of similar experiences resulting in pregnancy soon after surgery? TTC 2 years so far.

Hey op, I hope you’re feeling better after your laparoscopy.

Before my surgery I was so worried about fertility post lap and I really wish someone had just told me it would be okay. It’s such a mentally challenging time so I can guess how you are currently feeling. In my case I conceived one month after surgery and my consultant was beyond shocked (as were DH and I) when I turned up to the post-op appointment already pregnant. I realise this won’t happen for everyone but my surgeon told me that your chances of conceiving are higher in the months following surgery.

Hi @Anon1363847291 how are you feeling? I had a lap yesterday and they weren’t lying about the shoulder pain. It’s agony!
