Hi there. My day 5 transfer this morning was cancelled because my 2 embryos only reached the morula stage today so clinic suggested postponing it to tomorrow morning so they can observe its development and have more information by tomorrow morning. The embryologist said one is starting to cavitate so fingers crossed at least one develop into a blast tomorrow. She booked me for a fresh transfer tomorrow which we agreed to. However when i looked online, i learned about the uterine lining getting out of sync and the short IVF implantation window. I read that it is better to freeze the day 6 blast and do the transfer next cycle within the implantation window. I rang the clinic who advised that they do a lot of day 6 fresh transfers with success and that a frozen transfer has no advantage over it all being equal, but it's totally up to us. I'm so confused, obvs want to get fresh transter as don't want to wait any further, and worried it may not survive the thaw. Any success stories of day 6 fresh transfers please? I'm 36 y/o with low amh. Husband's SA is good. Ttc for 1.5 yrs.
It's our first IVF cycle.
