Can anyone reassure me?

Hi all,
37, two previous CP, 1 MC, two ivf rounds.
I am now currently 4weeks 1 day pregnant but have zero symptoms. Before this when I was in the tww I was getting spots, tiredness, sensitive nipples and my boobs felt heavy. I am on clexane, lubion and cylogest so put all my symptoms down to this!
Since my OTD my symptoms have all vanished and I couldn’t feel less pregnant! I am doing daily tests and the lines are getting darker / or staying the same as previous day…

Did anyone else experience the same and go on to have a healthy successful pregnancy?

I had my baby in June this year. I had no symptoms at all really for the pregnancy except tiredness but I was working full time aswell. Don’t worry about it. I had no sickness or sore boobs and all was well.
