Going mad - 4dp5dt

Hi all, this is my 3rd and final cycle. In our previous cycles we had 2 MCs and I was diagnosed with immune issues (high NK cells and cytokines). Last Wednesday I had a fresh transfer of 2xAA blasts. I had a moment of madness and took a test yesterday at 4dp5dt which was a BFN. I woke up at 4:30 this morning and played around with the pictures and now I feel I can see a shadow of something. I'm 5dp5dt now but not planning on testing again until the weekend as I don't think I can make it through the week to half term if it really is negative (I'm a teacher). Do you think there's still hope?

Hey, did you test out your trigger? I had a similar line at 4dp5dt with a frozen transfer however so no danger of a false positive from the trigger shot. Fingers crossed for you, you've more will power than me! I had a transfer on Thursday and on the Monday got a faint line, then must have tested twice a day for a week after! The line had progressed massively by the Tuesday. All the best and fingers crossed!

Decided to take a 2nd test tonight at 5dp5dt and it's a glaring positive! 😅

Hi @clhsgirl , huge congratulations on the pregnancy. I have stumbled across your post and I'm hoping all has worked out well. I've just found out my NK cells are high. Can I ask what medications or other you were prescribed with High NK cells?
