Has Anyone done back to back FET cycles? As in starting meds on Day 1 straight after failed transfer?

No. My clinic have always required at least 1 natural cycle between attempts.

It might depend on what kind of protocol though - if your on a natural or medicated-natural FET it might be possible, but would need to ask your clinic. In my experience though there is usually a wait as they like to review the cycle and then they need to schedule you in.

I’ve just had a failed cycle and been told it’s more likely to know be either the end of November or December as your body needs a rest and they like to look over medications and see if any tweaks are needed.

I haven't done it but my clinic allows it and I am pretty sure I have heard of others doing it on here. It's much easier to do if you do natural /modified natural cycles as you don't need to take any medication and can organise a review meeting with the doctor during the first few days of the cycle. If you're on a medicated cycle then it would help if you give your clinic a heads up so that you can get the medication sorted.

My clinic requested 1 month break but I took 3 months as I noticed my blood pressure went too high and my doctor want a full month off the drug to rule it out. At the same time my weight bloom from 65kg at the start of treatment to 73kg at the end. So I made myself a quest to get rid of the extra weight which I got from the drug.
I currently on my 2nd time and it 3dp5dt.
Hope this help.
