Letrozole making me feel sick

Im on cycle day 6 taking letrozole days 3-7 and have thrown up this morning and been feeling awful all day is this normal? Headache nausea and achiness.

What dose are you on? I’m on 5mg and have had headaches and hot flushes. I would contact your clinic/gynae as I think vomiting is one of the rarer side effects. It may indicate you’re not tolerating it well or have had a bad reaction to it. I would also contact 111 for advice just in case it is an adverse reaction to be on the safe side.
