Blocked tubes - were you told why they are blocked

I got diagnosed with one blocked tube in February but was never told the reason.

I am on the waiting list for a laparoscopy to see if it’s related to endometriosis but the waiting list for the laparoscopy was longer than the waiting list for IVF and I am currently pregnant from IVF so I guess I will never know why my tube is blocked.
