How long TTC before private HyCoSy?

Been TTC DC2 for 6 months with no luck.

There are no obvious issues. Both of us are under 30, both fit and healthy, DC1 was easy to conceive and I have regular periods and get a positive OPK each month.

After reading how a HyCoSy can increase fertility, I’m considering booking in for one privately. Is there anyone with any experience of this who can offer any advice? Not sure if it’s too early to be thinking of these kinds of procedures or whether to just go for it as financially we can afford it?

I think it's a good idea to go ahead, if you're concerned about potentially having blocked tubes. If you do have blocked tubes then at least you'll know and you can take the next steps to resolve the issue. I've heard some women ended up getting pregnant after HyCoSy but there's no guarantee it'll happen...my doctor told me that in some cases it helps because flushing out the tubes can clear the path for the egg. I didn't get pregnant after my HyCoSy but at least I was reassured that my tubes weren't blocked. I had it after 1 year of TTC btw.
