Egg quality despite normal AMH?

I have about 18 AMH at 35. I get pregnant every 3-6 months for the last two years. However every pregnancy ends in early loss - usually at about 4-5 weeks, with one clinical miscarriage at about 7 weeks. Can egg quality be this terrible when I get pregnant relatively easily with normal AMH?
Been seen at the recurrent miscarriage clinic and everything is coming back normal. Only thing not investigated is NK cells.

Have u ever been checked re pelvic inflammatory disease or endo ?
You could ask gp for a ca125 blood test

To see if your result is within normal range

Have you tried a hysteroscopy? Also implantation cuts to help implantation
