Lap dye and removal of polyps

had a laparoscopy 24 hours ago after suspecting endo and ttc for 2 years, it turns out I don’t have endo but had polyps removed from my uterus which may be why I get bleeding and pain. I had a hycosy beginning of the year with a private fertility clinic and was told I had a blocked tube however the consultant doing my lap yesterday described my tubes as being ‘tight’ and having debris I was told they managed to get dye through both tubes eventually which I am really pleased about! I am hoping and praying this may have been what we needed to conceive. Has anyone else had this experience before and gone on to conceive after the above ? We have our first ivf consultation next month and hoping we can conceive naturally before going ahead with ivf.

( i had my tubes privately flushed with foam attempted - apparently they are both very likely blocked and i suspect endo )
