Can cyclocest progesterone pessaries be used rectally days before embryo trasfer ? In frozen cycle ?

Hi ladies , just seeing if anyone can help . I have my frozen trasfer in 6 days , and asked to take Cyclocest progesterone pessaries . I wonder if I am okay to start them recally instead of vaginally , does it matter which way you use them or is it strictly only vaginally in FET cycle ? X thank you in advance

You can use them rectally. I used to alternate

It should say on the instructions. Rectal pills tend to be waxy.

Yes, you can. My clinic always advised me to alternate as they thought it worked better that way.

Always took them rectally as no mess and so much easier!
