Day 21 Progesterone Levels

Hello 😊 I had my day 21 progesterone bloods yesterday and just checked my NHS app and seen the results are on there. I’m not due to see the consultant until next month and I have no idea what the levels should be to confirm ovulation. Does this look ok please? X

I think usually 30 and above confirms ovulation but definitely worth checking for sure with a medical professional 😊

Yes I was told 30 and above, I was 'lucky' that the first time mine were checked was around 20, and the next month was 40-something, so discovered that I ovulated sometimes but not always. Not to say you are not ovulating, just that it's worth repeating at some point to be sure. If my test had been only carried out in the month I ovulated I wouldn't have known there was an issue.

@LongerthanMrTicklesarms oh that’s interesting! My drs are retesting my TSH in November to see if the Levothyroxine has worked so maybe I’ll to do that on day 21 and have the progesterone done as well. Thank you 😊
