Starting the IVF process - tips?

So for a bit of background we have been TTC since January 2022 and have never had any hint of a BFP in all that time. SA 2022 was slightly low morphology. Hycosy 2023 was clear. 6 months of ovulation induction. Absolutely nothing in that time!

We are now talking about starting IVF. So many things to figure out, do we go UK do we go abroad?

I guess what I’m looking for is, if you had to start the IVF process all over again. What do you know now that you wish you knew then?

Hi! I think the best advice I could give is have a lot of patience, communicate with your partner, don’t be afraid to have hard conversations and do things in your own time.
For me the hardest bit was the TWW and the disappointment if it doesn’t work. The hormones, egg collection surgery, injections etc wasn’t as hard or complicated as I expected but the not knowing was a killer.
I had a little wobble after the first failed attempt, I was trying to put on a brave face for my husband but I didn’t have to, it was much easier telling him that I was struggling and needed his support. It’s not an easy journey, but hopefully a well rewarded one 🤞🏻💓 Good luck 🍀
