I just wanted make a thread for anyone to join in on as I search the internet high and low!
I am currently 3dp2dt with ICSI.
This is our first ever IVF and what a journey it is! I was long protocol so Buserlin to suppress every evening.
I was a slow responder with stimulations Meriofert 300iu 0.75ml. I had to carry on stims for 16days before the go ahead for trigger! We had a good amount of follicles that all of a sudden grew and that was not pleasant at all, carrying the tennis balls that were my ovaries around 😭
I had egg collection on 17th sept 2024 and managed to get 10 eggs, sadly 7 were not mature, and out of the 3 mature only one fertilised. It was decided that because we only had the on embryo and none to freeze (absolutely gutted) it was best to get us in for transfer on day 2 as better off getting cosy in my uterus that the lab!
Transfer was done on 19th September 2024 with an embryo that was 6 cell, 4/4 grade and slight fragmentation, embryologist and consultant were really pleased with our little Emmy and transfer went very smooth.
Im still doing the wonderful pessaries which I believe are making me feel extremely giddy and light headed🫠 has anyone else had this?
Also any postive for a day 2 transfer would be so nice to hear 🥲
