Final Scan Showing 2 Follicles 👎😞😪

Final scan before collection Wednesday. I have one measuring 25mm on my right ovary and 1 around 14 on my left. I have a few meaty it’s around 12-11 but they’re useless. They asked me to trigger tonight for collection Wednesday. Is there any point? Any success stories or stories in general would be appreciated. Feeling a bit shit tbf.

@PurpleRayne89 I think it’s most likely the trigger still. I tested out the trigger and it was still on tests at 3dp5dt and then went on 4dp and then my start of my BFP I got on on 5dp. Good luck! A few more days until you’ll know either way xx

Thanks @HopefulllHolly mine also went 4dpt. It’s weird isn’t it how it tends to metabolise the same in people. I’m not expecting miracles. At least I had a wonderful acupuncture session this afternoon after work. How’s the pregnancy going? What’s your experience so far?

@PurpleRayne89 No reason why it can’t turn to be a positive soon! ☺️ Yeah pregnancy is ok now - anxiety after IVF has been nuts though. Ive only just started feeling more relaxed at 23 weeks. But its been lovely growing a baby at last 🥹

@HopefulllHolly of course, it’s an amazing experience. The anxiety is wild but worth it in the end.

I wanted to update this thread for future IVfFers. I tested out the trigger and it was gone by 11 post trigger. Was testing negative and then I tested positive on a FRER and a CBD today!!! My OTD is tomorrow but I’m going Wednesday due to work. Ill
update again for the sake of the thread.

@PurpleRayne89 Awwww amazing news! 🥹 So pleased for you! I think there’s always lots of scare tactics around not getting many eggs but I’ve seen so many people get better results and fall pregnant from low numbers. Happy and healthy 9 months to you xxx (feel free to join the IVF BFP group on here - a lot of us are over 20 weeks now but there’s a few who have just tested positive. It’s been nice having the support from people on the same journey and with the same fears. Congrats! 🥳
