Day 1 period for IVF need help

I have just stop provera on Friday and started my period. unfortunately for me my period did not start from morning. I woke up from a nap around 5:00pm and I saw brown/ pinkish discharge which I assumed was spotting but now my period has arrived and it full flowing. (Sorry for being so detailed). Do I count this as my day 1 and start taking Gonal-f or should I count tomorrow as my first day and start taking Gonal- f on Tuesday. I am so worried I will mess up these injections. Need help and advice anyone.

My clinic says it needs to be full flow by 5pm to count as day 1 and to inject the next day. Since tomorrow is Monday hopefully your clinic is open and you can phone them during the day to confirm? With my clinic we are told to do injections in the evening, if that's the same for you then it should work out to call them tomorrow morning? 😊

Fertility clinics generally say if your period starts before midday then that's your Day 1, if it starts after midday then the following day is your Day 1. If your clinic have asked you to take the stimulation on Day 1 then start tomorrow, if they've asked you to take it on Day 2 then start on Tuesday 😊
