When do cycles return to normal after MC?

Hi everyone,

I had a MC in July and I'm approaching my 2nd period post MC. I've noticed that my boobs aren't sore like they usually are just before I come on... I have ovulated this month as I use LH and OvuSense to confirm. I'm just concerned why my boobs aren't sore? Is this normal?
