IVF at Klinikk Hausken, Norway

Hi all. Looking for positive and/or negative experiences for IVF treatment at Klinikk Hausken. Background: 1 x 5 year old DS conceived naturally, 7 miscarriages in 22 months, age 38 (v nearly 39), NHS and private tests have unearthed no explained causes. UK is cost prohibitive (on the assumption that we'll need at least one cycle). I'm only in early research but this clinic jumps off the page for us a little so just want to hear of any real life experiences please (good and bad). Many thanks 🙏

Following! I also have recently come across this clinic and am very interested to hear real life stories. UK clinics just aren't standing out to us. Been TTC 15 months, no pregnancies this far.

Hi, just here to follow also. @EllieZeli I am so sorry to read your synopsis. I'm also almost 39. No children. V. Low a.m.h. One failed ivf. One pregnancy subsequently but stopped growing at 6 weeks, still waiting to MC. We have one more round on NHS but it's likely my amh will drop below their bottom line while I wait for my body to detect mc and return to normal.

Initial research to help myself move on. Might need to use donor egg eventually (needs to be open donation), and this clinic came up.

Took us 4 transfers but I had to have a polyp removed after the first 2 transfers which I think affected the first 2 outcomes. We have 3 embryos on ice there too.

The clinic were amazing, they are so kind and invested. The costs were so much better than the UK! Their embryologist is amazing too. I am really happy to chat and discuss with anyone who wants more info.

One thing is that you must be prepared to travel and be there around 10 days (for egg collection and transfer).
