Sperm results - pic in comments

Can anyone please explain these sperm results for me.. been waiting for a call back from my clinic for 4 days now and getting very impatient.

Is this a first semen analysis?
I’m afraid it shows a very low count and motility, and the percentage of sperm with normal appearance is also below the normal range.
A repeat to confirm the results is normally advised especially if this is your first ever semen analysis.

This is like his 4th one. He has azoospermia untill his one in June which showed 1million sperm, now this one but we can't even work out what his sperm count is. Thanks for replying.

Wow - well in that context it’s actually good news! The count is 3 million per ml ( it’s reported as sperm concentration)

Oh well yes that's better than before. Just need the other factors to improve! Thank you
