Elevated nk cell - prednisolone not working this time

I had 3 years of trying to conceive before finding out I had elevated nk cells. Took prednisolone and got pregnant soon after. I had my daughter. Now I’m struggling to conceive again and the prednisolone is not working this time. Has anyone experienced this? Any advice would be really appreciated

@liveinhope100 Hi I am going to have a consultation next week to discuss with my GP whether I can be put on prednisolone for my 3rd transfer as both previous ones have failed. I haven't had any tests done to check nk levels but I thought if I take them it can just be another extra boost to help implantation. Can I ask what your protocol was taking them, the dose, weaning off / starting them and side effects whilst on it? Sorry I am unable to help you and I've just bombarded you with my questions instead.
