Hey
I had my egg collection months ago (had a freeze all cycle). Just started Provera to prepare for frozen embryo transfer later on this month

Just looking for advice on how to prepare my body - any particular foods I can eat to increase chances of implantation ? - I’ve read that there’s no clinical evidence to say that eating pineapple is effective for implantation rates?

anything to do before/ not to do afterwards etc?
id appreciate any reply :)

I'd say do whatever makes you feel good - there's not point spending weeks eating pineapple if you hate the stuff for instance. Just try to live a fairly healthy lifestyle, and relax as much as you can would be my recommendations. My transfers worked when I stopped being an anxious mess and was just getting on with life. Wishing you the best of luck!

Hey, I was recommended a Mediterranean or an anti inflammatory diet and pineapple core! I’m only just starting my ivf journey so I can’t help too much with solid advice. Good luck xx
