OHSS prevention

Hi, i had pretty severe OHSS in my first fresh cycle of IVF during the stimulation phase. I ended up in hospital for a week and the cycle was cancelled. We have gone on to have 4 frozen transfers, with one being succesful.
We now want to give our daughter a sibling and are considering doing another fresh round of IVF, however i am TERRIFIED of OHSS happening again!
Has anyone been in a similar position and gone on to avoid it happening again? If so, how??

I'm currently pregnant from our first cycle of IVF but developed OHSS. It puts me off going again if I want baby to have a sibling and need another egg collection.
My clinic have said if I go through again to ask for cabergoline (a medication they give you for 5 days after egg collection to prevent it). So possible something you could ask for?
