Heyyy,
I am about start Provera and wanted to know people's experience with taking it, any side effects I should look for how long people have on it.

This is my first egg collection also and we are going with the antagonist approach. Is there anything I should be doing to improve my chances? Anything that reduced helped reduce OHSS.

I am pretty anxious about this journey any advice will truly help.

Hi, follow a healthy diet and drink plenty of water post egg collection to reduce OHSS risk. Will you be doing a fresh transfer as well? If so, you can include pomegranate and beet in your diet for good lining. Also, have some protein with every meal. All the very best 🍀

Hi @Rettafun, Personally, I didn't have any side effects with Provera. It's just a low dosage of progesterone that helps control your period. I had to take it for about 3 weeks (3 times a day), but I think this varies by clinic. Good luck, I hope your 1st cycle goes well!

Thank you @Serendipity24 @BelleCrescent
@Serendipity24 am not sure which transfer am going to get yet I heard you really don't get a decision on the matter as I am funded by the NHS. Are fresh transfers better than frozen ones??
