0.5% morphology and ovulation induction

Hi :)
I’m after some advice on low morphology.
We have one daughter who we conceived via ICSI. I have PCOS and my husband has low morphology. He’s been on supplements and trying to adopt a healthy lifestyle as we are planning on beginning ovulation induction at the end of the year rather than ICSI again as we have used all of our frozen embryos.
His morpholoy just came back at 0.5%, eveything else was good. Realistically is it worth doing ovulation induction? Or should we jump back into IVF/ ICSI?
I’m going to speak to the consultant but just wondered if anyone had any similar experience with such low morphology? I’m aware sperm changes every 3 months, this is his 3rd test and he has never been above 1%. Thank you!! xx

In your case I would go straight to ICSI with IMSI.
My DH's sperm was also very bad, it got better with lots of supplements such as zinc, lycopene, alpha lipoic acid, NAC, etc.

However, we discovered that the main issue was a medicine that was affecting his sperm.

Thanks for your reply! My husband is also on a cocktail of supplements but we havent seen any improvement, if anything this was his worst semen analysis to date.
I agree about potentially fast forwarding to ICSI, we had this previously and although it was ultimetly succesful, i had severe OHSS and im so so worried of it happening again!

My baby was ivf Icsi, he's 2 and a half now.
I had very irregular periods. I also have PCOS and partner extreme low sperm count.
I would start by trying to get your PCOS under control and make sure you are a healthy weight. This really helped regulate my periods along with inositol.
Get your partner taking proxeed too and make sure he's eating healthily etc .
We tried for just under a year and was a massive shock when I fell pregnant. I had honestly given up and found a new thing to obsess over- the gym.
My partners count in feb for reference was 1 million per ml. Progressive Motility 1 percent.... so severely low in every parameter. They couldn't even measure morphology it was too low.

Hi @Elisabeth3468 - please may I ask which inositol you took for your PCOS that helped? Thank you
