How many eggs retrieved in a mild ivf cycle

Just that really, after 2 failed rounds of high stims ivf rounds I'm moving to a mild ivf in a different clinic and different country!
Cycle 1, 7 eggs 4 mature, 0 fertilized
Cycle 2, 5 eggs, 2 mature, 2 fertilized, both didn't survive to day 5
Age 31, AMH was 3 over a year ago. AFC 11
I'm just looking for positive stories for those who went with mild/natural ivf when high stims didn't suit them

Hi - did you do ICSI?

If you get a good number (%) of embryos on day 3, your egg quality should be fine. The sperm only takes over from day 3.

Definitely look into MACs and ICSI.

Good luck in your next round!

Thanks for your reply! Icsi was done on the second round and both eggs fertilized they both looked great on day 4 but on day 5 we got the bad news they slowed down and looked bad,
Embryologist did say my eggs looked strange the zona was irregular and there was no resistant when doing the icsi, so very possible it's my eggs and his sperm are not good!
We will be doing a dna fragmentation test in October but I will definitely look into the MACs have you done this personally?

We had MACs done in Prague and yielded good/excellent embryos. I’m 42 and average 2-3 good/excellent embryos each cycle but no success yet.

Husband has morphology + odd shaped swimmers. My eggs are old 😣
