My husband and I are trying to conceive. Just got our fertility assessment results back. All good with his analysis. My results;
AMH 31 pmol
TSH 1.84 miu/L
Scan confirmed both ovaries appear polycystic. I'm 36.
From what I can gather, my AMH is near the higher end of the spectrum for my age. Would this be the reason we're not conceiving? And is it caused by PCOS?
If anyone has any vitamin/supplement advice to manage PCOS when TTC would greatly appreciate it.
Doctor mentioned first step of taking medication to shorten my cycles. They tend to be long, without much consistency.
