Varicocele Operation

Please can someone let me know that the recovery time was following varicocele surgery? My OH has just had a phone call to say he will receive a letter with a date for the op but not sure about recovery

It will depend on the kind of procedure he has, and they should explain it when he has a pre op assessment.

Many hospitals have information leaflets about procedures that can he found online.

Guys has A good summary for embolisation. Cambridge University hospital has a good one for Clipping via open surgery. And another one for Keyhole surgery

That should be a good start to kniw what to expect if you kniw ehst kind of surgery they are offering.
