Forgot to take meds!!

Had embryo transfer three days ago and somehow forgot meds this evening (estrogen and progesterone). I took them about an hour and a half later than usually (13 and a half hours since morning dose). Worrying that I've really messed up my chances.😰😨😰

You 100% haven't messed anything up. They tell you to take meds at the same time each day to keep some sort of consistency in the dose/levels in your body. 1.5 hours is nothing. Please don't worry.

If it helps I completely forgot to take my morning progesterone after an FET, I spoke to my doctor and he said not to worry just skip it and continue on with evening dose as normal.

Don’t worry at all - I was so spaced out after egg collection I totally forgot to take them! Phoned the clinic in a panic and they said it was fine (and it was - I got pregnant ☺️). Don’t stress! x

Definitely don’t worry - a couple of hours will make no difference at all. Even more time than that wouldn’t make a difference.
