FET query

I am hoping to schedule a fet soon. The ideal month would be sept but for me it is going to be quite a stressful month in work with a few very busy days. I am wondering whether to postpone to October. Or go ahead with September. My clinic is quite flexible about scheduling appointments around work. In a way I think work being busy could help distract me from constantly thinking about the FET. But I don’t want stress to affect things either . I am 38 and I only have 2 euploids and cant afford another round. If anyone who has been through it has some advice I would be grateful

Hey @Missmarymack2 i stressed so much over the right time for my first FET, did everything right, made sure I wasn’t busy at work, didn’t drink for weeks before etc. only ate healthy whole foods & it ended in bfn. This time I really stopped the overthinking, saw it as just another chance for it to work, went straight back to work & didnt obsess over food & drink (had a couple of prossecos the day before fet) & I’ve just had an (albeit very early) bfp at 6dp5dt. I think if the embryo is strong and healthy & your lining is receptive it doesn’t really matter what you do in those two weeks within reason. If it’s meant to stick it would be really hard to stop it is the way I tried to look at it this time! Best of luck!
