Has anyone ever caught covid during a frozen embryo transfer cycle and still gone ahead with transfer anyway? Please could you share the outcome?
I am due to go abroad literally just before and just after my down regulation appointment and am conscious that I’d be putting myself at a high risk of catching Covid with all the travelling. Obviously if that were to happen then it would be gone by the time of transfer but I’m just unsure how it would affect the cycle as a whole. I wouldn’t want to waste the money (as we are paying privately) or a healthy embryo.
Basically, I’m thinking about cancelling my holidays so that I can hibernate and have the best chance of success but can’t decide whether I’m being neurotic/over cautious. If you could share your experiences please, it would really help me decide what to do :)
