TWW Anyone?

Is anyone else in the TWW?! I'm 2dp5dt and determined not to test until my OTD.

As much as the last couple of days have been dragging, I must admit I do find it v exciting!

Only thing I've noticed is serious bloating to the point where I've had to just go and change to a loose pair of shorts. I know it's too early to be anything pregnancy related but your mind does wander 🤣.

Yes! I am eight days past ovulation. Having to be very patient...

What does 2dp5dt mean?

It's so hard to be patient! When are you planning to test @WildWhirlwind?

I had an IVF transfer so I'm 3 days past my transfer with a 5 day embryo which means I'm roughly about 8dpo x

@Lcm11 I'm also 3dp5dt, with an FET. There's a July FET board with lots of people who've transferred recently if you'd like to join us!

I'm also quite bloated but def put that down to the meds.

@Lcm11 thank you for explaining, so much to learn in this fertility world! I should learn a bit more about IVF.

I don't think I'm going to test. I had a MMC earlier this year and think I find it easier when my body just tells me what the deal is. I guess it leaves more days of hope, rather than testing earlier and killing all the hope?

Oh I'm so sorry about your MMC. Yes you're so right, it's better to just wait and still have the excitement. Keep having to remind myself that. Fingers crossed for us x

I caved and did a test this morning! 10dpo and negative, but weirdly not feeling so bad about it... It is only 10dpo.

I'm ok thanks, got a really busy weekend planned which will keep me distracted. Think I may test early on Weds or Thurs but will see how I go next week. My official test day the clinic gave me is Friday. Terrified of it being negative so maybe I will just wait until Friday and put the disappointment off so I have the weekend to get over it. Just thinking out loud 🤣

Sounds like you've got a plan for next week. Even if you do wait until Friday, there may just be other signs before... 👀

So, despite saying I would wait, I actually will test again in the morning. My fiancé is going away for three nights so I want to do one before he goes, probably just for the heck of it (hate to sound like I'm flippant - I'm really not). I fully expect it to be negative but I then won't test until Tuesday morning, which is going to draggg. I don't want to do it on my own so would rather wait for him to get back.

I have the Easy @ Home ones to see any line progression, as opposed to before where I used the digital ones which just say pregnant/not pregnant.
