Losing the will over here…not much to ask just somewhere to vent. Anyone with a similar story because every post I see seem to have something better to tell or at least some sign pregnancy can occur!

1st round - day 3 transfer failed
day 6 FET medicated failed

2nd round - 10 embryos (all excellent to great grading)
1st medicated FET - ICSI blast failed
2nd medicated FET - IVF blast failed
3rd natural double FET - both IVF blasts failed

All failed to implant at all. Honestly don’t know what route to go down next. Have 6 remaining ICSI blasts all untested. Differing opinions on whether to test them at this stage. Nothing that flags up for myself ultrasounds look good my body does as it should with cycles and lining etc. Not recommended for further testing so if I want anything I’m going to have to do all the legwork to find somewhere that will do it. We had male factor, but at last round his sample was normal parameters so ? whether this is still the case. I am 32 and partner 34 so age is on our side but doesn’t seem to be prevailing. Just kind of at a dead end at the moment.

Hi, so I have a history of failed implantation.

cycle 1 - fresh 1 day 5 blast (poor quality). No implantation.

Cycle 2 - Fresh transfer (2.2 blast). No implantation.

FET 1 - Medicated Cycle (2.2 blast). No implantation.

FET 2 - Natural Modified cycle (2.2 blast). No implantation.

Cycle 3 - Fresh transfer (grade 1 Morula). Tried blood thinners (inhixa). No implantation.

Immune bloods done - basically show ratio/levels that are associated with implantation failure with cytokines.

FET 3 - Endometrial scratch cycle before transfer. Natural modified FET (2.2 blast) - aspirin 75mg from CD1. Pred (steroids) from CD6. Intralipid CD7. Aspirin stopped 2 days before transfer and after transfer pred doubled and blood thinner injections added. I got my first ever positive test with an immune protocol.

I was unexplained, everything looked normal on my tests apart from a thyroid issue that’s been medicated for over the past 2 years.

I’m not sure if my sixth embryo was finally one ready to implant, or if it was the scratch, or the immune protocol or both. Still very early days for me, but thought I’d share my story. I remember the feeling of 5 failed transfers with no implantation, it’s rough.

@Lauralozzle Hey thanks for sharing I haven’t been on here for a while. So amazingly my 6th transfer also was successful (fingers crossed) I’m currently 15 weeks + 4 days pregnant. I hope you also had continued good news.

Things I did - I had my remaining 6 frozen embryos PGT-A tested and we only had 2 euploid. I suspect the previous 5 transfers were just not viable embryos. I had the immune bloods but mine all came back normal. Anyway the first euploid embryo we tried worked and we’re having a little boy in August. Honestly wish we had been encouraged to test earlier when we had so many ‘good looking’ embryos to choose from but so thankful to be finally getting somewhere. Like how agonising is implantation failure?!? It’s like my body was just completely ignoring all my efforts like nothing had even happened.

@Loz2467 Hey how did you get on? In my experience I don’t know how much the microbiome played a part. My doctors weren’t interested in the microbiome report and when I took doxycycline I didn’t get a successful transfer after it. I just included a good probiotic into my supplements but for me I think it was finding a euploid embryo that finally worked for me to get my first positive. I was trying to have kefir and Greek yoghurt in my diet too but my dairy intolerance has got much worse since being pregnant so I just go on the probiotics now. Wishing you the best of luck x
