Infertility psychological help

Hello everyone.
I am in Scotland, near Stirling. Could you please advise where to look for emotional support groups for women who are struggling to conceive? I feel lonely and like I'm not coping at all...

Unfortunately there was nothing that I found that existed. What helped me was having therapy. Check if you can get it through insurance or your GP. I also managed to make friends with some ladies through mumsnet. We were going to the same fertility clinic and discovered each other on here. Even though the relationship mainly existed through WhatsApp, it helped all of us immensely.

It’s otherwise a very lonely journey. I discovered over time that there were so many people in my immediate surrounding who have done ivf or going through ivf, so sharing with people in general helped. You will find ignorance and insensitivity from the ones who know nothing about this journey as well.
