I had my first FET (five day embryo) three days ago, and every night since I have woken during the night completely drenched in sweat, especially around my chest/back, but also with the chills.
I've done a bit of googling and it seems that this happens sometimes, but I was wondering if any women here have had it and knew more about it?
I'm not on progesterone support (my levels were high enough day of transfer) but I'd been doing additional hCG injections to support the luteal phase, last one was yesterday, all the rest were before the transfer and I wasn't having the sweating then, so I don't think it's to do with them.
I'm a bit nervous that it might be a hint of an infection or something, but otherwise I feel fine, the only time I feel like this is when I wake up to it.
I know that it can't be to do with implantation yet, and in any case I won't be able to test for ages because of the hCG injections.
Did anyone who had this go on to have a BFP? 😅
