Best laundry detergent to use during IVF

Hi all,

Due to have my ER and ET late July. As I’m waiting to go through the process, I’m making some lifestyle changes to give myself the best chance possible.

I’ve downloaded the Yuka app to see which products in my house has nasties in and trawled Amazon to replace them for more egg friendly alternatives.

Wondering if anybody has any recommendations for the best laundry detergent to use? Looking for natural ingredients and not too scented - just anything that is appropriate for me right now.

Thanks for any advice you can give and I’d also welcome any beauty/haircare/make up recommendations whilst we’re on the topic!

For laundry liquid we switched to Ecover and have stuck with it well after treatment. I also really like the ALKIMI cleaning products.

One cosmetics range that was previous listed but not now (not sure why) is Nakin - I've been using their cleansers, moisturisers, etc. for years now and really like them. I used Neal's Yard makeup remover, and Sukin for travel size cosmetics. I've recently been using Gruum shampoo and conditioner bars and Wild deoderant but haven't checked their ingredients in detail (last EC was in 2021).

Really interested to hear recommendations from others too!
